First you book a free consult call, where we can talk about your business, where you need system creation and implementation, and how I can help.
I will create a custom proposal for you based on your unique business needs.
step 2
You will preview and approve my layout of all systems needed in your wedding business.
I will set up in your (approved) CRM of choice. This is a done-for-you service and all of your workflows and systems will be set up by me—so you can relax and watch the magic happen.
step 3
Let's make sure you actually understand your new systems! I will train you or an assistant and can even create your Standard Operating Procedures and Company Handbook.
Finally, you're streamlined and ready to go! Don't forget to stay in touch if you need a tune up, though!
